Upper School is made up of Grades 9 to 11 where girls begin to prepare for the GCE Ordinary Level Examinations. It is in these years that greater emphasis is given to student leadership. The girls participate in electing their House Captains, Executive Committees for the various clubs, associations and school societies. Chundikuli girls over the years have been encouraged to step forward and take responsibilities for team development, creating the agenda for clubs and House programmes, organisation and execution of events. They learn to engage, collaborate and support each other’s progress and achievements. They also learn to compete with the right values of perseverance, integrity, camaraderie and sportsmanship.

Despite the pressures of the examinations, girls enjoy the balance that these years give them through the extra curricular activities. The school supports this with mentoring, seminars and workshops that enable the girls to understand the wider approach to learning and critical thinking.
