1. Visits by parents, guardians, friends or relatives are not permitted during school hours. In case of an urgent matter, approval has to be obtained from the Principal or Vice Principal. Such visits are restricted to parents and guardians only.
2. If parents or guardians wish to meet the teachers, they are permitted to do so after 1.00p.m. on the third Friday of each month or on prior appointment.
3. Fees for the term should be paid within three weeks of re-opening.
4. Teachers may not be invited to give private tuition to any student who is on roll of the teacher’s class without explicit written approval of the Principal.
5. Students are not permitted to carry mobile phones, cameras, video games and other related materials within school premises.
6. It is compulsory that all parents are dressed appropriately when entering the school premises.
7. Parents should ensure that their children attend school regularly and on time. However, students suffering from infectious diseases should stay away from school.
8. Absence from school must always be endorsed by the parents or guardians in the ‘Student’s Record Book’. If a child is absent from school for more than two consecutive days due to illness, they must produce a medical certificate from a doctor on returning to school.
9. If leave is required for a long period prior approval has to be obtained from the Principal. Overstaying such leave will result in the name of the child being struck off from the school register.
10. Any student who is absent from school will not be permitted to represent the college in any activity unless prior permission is obtained from the Principal. Further, this absence also debars them from attending any practices at school.
11. No student is permitted to join clubs or associations outside the school or represent any club or association in any game or activity unless prior written permission has been obtained from the Principal.
12. Parents should seek special approval of the Principal when sending their children for competitions representing any other institution.
